How much does delivery cost?  

Spend over $100 on products in a single order and receive FREE Postage Australia wide. If your order is less than the minimum spend then postage is a Flat rate of $6.95.

Overseas customers will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service Team with shipping costs, if the shipping costs need to be adjusted. Free shipping is not available to overseas customers.

What method of shipping do you use?

All parcels are currently shipped using Australia Post - eParcel method of delivery.  All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This signature is required to protect buyer and seller.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia Wide. Please contact us if you are an overseas customer we would be happy to assist you.

Beleze Skin & Body Solutions only ships Dermalogica throughout Australia, sorry no international orders.


How long does delivery take?

Allow between 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location in Australia.

Orders placed before 11am EST will be processed on the same bussiness day.


What payment options do you accept? 

Beleze accepts payments via PayPal, Direct Deposit and Credit Card.

 Visa/Mastercard via a secure payment gateway - eWay.

American Express may be used through the Paypal system only.

All orders are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).


Is it safe to enter my Credit Card details?

Yes, when you enter your credit card details into our site this information is fully secure, this security is provided by a Payment Gateway and SSL certificates.

How do I know that the products displayed are genuine?

All the products displayed on www.beleze.com.au are genuine products and are supplied to us by registered Australian distributors. Beleze is proudly Australian owned and operated.

What happens if the product I’ve ordered is out of stock?

We take every care in not being out of stock, however sometimes it is out of our control. If so, we will contact you immediately with the approximate time the product will be back in stock (approx 1-5 days). You may cancel the part of your order that is out of stock for a full refund.

How do I know what my skin type is?

Click on the 'Consultation' link and one of our professional skin therapists will contact you with a FREE personalised prescription.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I make a purchase?

Select ‘login' on the right side of the page, click on ‘forgotten password’ and we will send you an email and this will enable you to reset your password.

I have a gift certificate or Coupon, how do I redeem this?

When you purchase a gift certificate you are supplied with a unique number, this number can be entered in the gift voucher "coupon" section on the check out page and the value will automatically be deducted from your purchase total.

Do your gift certificates expire?

Yes, you have a full 12 months from the date of purchase to use the gift certificate.

Can I receive an 'actual' gift certificate to give as a present?

Yes, once you have purchased the gift certificate online and you have received the certificate number then just Contact us and request a hard copy of your gift certificate and we will send one out.

What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase?

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, Beleze will happily give you a full refund on any unopened products within 14 days of the purchase. See the 'Returns & Replacements' section under the 'Customer Service' link for further information.

How do I know you have received my returned goods?

We strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for the returned package and/or insure the goods. Once the returned goods are received by Beleze in the original unopened condition, we will refund immediately back to the original purchase source and you will be sent a confirmation email.

Do you give any samples with my order?

Yes, all clients receive FREE samples with their delivery and they are chosen by a skincare therapist appropriate to the products ordered.

Can I choose which samples I get?

Yes, by all means if you would like a particular sample included with your order then just request it in the comments section of your order during check out, or by using the 'Contact uslink
